A training programme is designed to allow individuals to achieve their goals and needs which can be either performance oriented or for general physical conditioning. The prescription of the programme includes a one hour session in order to teach the proper mechanics and techniques.

Kinesiology is the study of human movements, for the means of discovering strategies to improve one’s health and performance. The work of a kinesiologiste is beneficial to all people who move, including high-performance athletes to people simply in search of improving their overall physical health.
Kinesiology is a multidisciplinary science emcompassing domains such as anatomy, biomechanics, physiology, motor development. Due to its multidisciplinary approach to movement and human performance, Kinesiology is then an important contributor to general health and wellness as well as to high performance sports. The work of a Kinesiologiste is to adapt movement patterns to the demands and needs of individuals.
